Kitchen Appliances Warehouse offers Australia wide delivery service for any online, over the phone or via email purchases. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the receipt of full payment. When the order is placed online, freight is not included in the order. We will advise you of the freight cost before we process the order.

The shipping cost only includes standard delivery which will be delivered at street level or kerbside only unless notified & arranged prior arrangement for premium delivery. Our premium delivery includes goods to be delivered inside premises with all unpacking of items & place item at the nominated position. For any large & heavy equipment likes refrigerator, Ovens, dishwasher we always recommend you to use our premium service to avoid any damages consequences. Please contact us for premium shipping cost.
If your delivery is required to go in a lift, upstairs or there is a special requirement involved and cafe appliances are not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the transport company and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered.
